Welcome to NeuraLake Technologies FZ-LLC (“we”, “our”, or “NeuraLake”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.neuralake.ai (“Website”) and all related services, applications, and platforms (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using NeuraLake, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

 

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By creating an account, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

 

 

 

2. Description of the Service

 

 

NeuraLake is an AI-driven platform that enables organizations to create, train, and deploy AI agents for customer interaction, lead management, and other business purposes.

The Service includes web-based applications, data processing systems, and AI functionality powered by third-party providers.

 

We may enhance or modify the Service at any time to improve functionality or user experience. Any new features will also be subject to these Terms.

 

 

 

3. Eligibility

 

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuraLake.

By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.

 

 

 

4. User Accounts

 

 

To access most features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach, you must notify us immediately at contact@neuralake.com.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

 

 

 

5. Use of the Service

 

 

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

 

  • Use NeuraLake for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

  • Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights or contains confidential or sensitive data you do not own.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its data, or related systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operations.

 

 

We may monitor usage to ensure compliance and maintain system integrity.

 

 

6. Managed Service Model

 

 

NeuraLake operates as a managed platform, meaning that in some cases our authorized personnel may assist in creating, configuring, or maintaining your organization’s AI agent on your behalf.

This may include training, document ingestion, testing, or production support activities conducted within your organization’s workspace.

 

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this managed model and authorize NeuraLake to perform these activities only for operational and support purposes.

You retain full ownership of your organization’s data and content, and NeuraLake acts solely as a service provider in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

 

7. Data and Content Responsibility

 

 

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you grant NeuraLake a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

 

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to upload and use such content. NeuraLake is not responsible for inaccuracies, copyright violations, or misuse arising from your uploaded data.

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

 

All rights, titles, and interests in the NeuraLake platform — including software, design, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology — belong to NeuraLake Technologies FZ-LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

 

 

 

9. Third-Party Services

 

 

NeuraLake may integrate with third-party APIs, AI models, and cloud services (such as Firebase, Google Cloud, and OpenAI). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

NeuraLake is not liable for damages or losses arising from third-party service failures or actions.

 

 

 

10. Payment and Subscription (Future Use)

 

 

While NeuraLake’s services are currently offered free of charge, paid plans and subscription features may be introduced in the future.

When such features are launched, users will be informed of applicable fees, billing cycles, and refund policies before subscribing. Continued use after the introduction of paid features will constitute acceptance of those terms.

 

 

 

11. Termination and Suspension

 

 

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

 

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Your use harms or threatens platform integrity or other users.

  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.

 

 

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Certain data may continue to be retained as per our Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

 

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

NeuraLake makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all liability for data loss or service interruptions.

 

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuraLake Technologies FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

 

  • Use or inability to use the platform;

  • Unauthorized access or data alteration;

  • Errors or omissions in content;

  • Any actions or responses generated by AI agents.

 

 

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

 

 

 

14. Indemnification

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuraLake, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, uploaded content, or breach of these Terms.

 

 

 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

 

 

 

16. Changes to These Terms

 

 

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
